Introduction
The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College · Liaoning Provincial General Hospital for Veterans (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyang No. 2 Hospital") is a comprehensive Grade III Class A hospital with a long-standing history of 89 years. As a direct PCI hospital in Liaoning Province for the National Acute Myocardial Infarction Treatment Project, a designated hospital on the National Stroke Emergency Map, and the Shenyang branch of the Hypertension Special Disease Medical Consortium, it has established six national-level diagnosis and treatment centers, including the Chest Pain Center. The total construction area of the Huanggu Campus of Shenyang No. 2 Hospital is 154,600 square meters. The Northern Sector Expansion Project of The Shenyang Medical College Affiliated Hospital No. 2 (Phase I) is located at No. 64 Qishan West Road, Huanggu District, Shenyang City. It consists of 18 floors above ground (with a 5-story podium) and 2 floors underground, mainly comprising outpatient and emergency departments, medical technology departments, and inpatient buildings. The total construction area of the project is 83,600 square meters, of which the above-ground area is 60,760 square meters, mainly used for general outpatient services, emergency services, rehabilitation centers, inpatient wards, etc. The underground area is 22,840 square meters, primarily serving as parking lots, medical record storage areas, canteens, and equipment rooms.
