• Zhaolong’s NEW LONGSPEED^TM HSC-56 Series High-speed Bare Copper Wire, supports data transmission of 224Gbps per channel,wire gages from 32AWG to 25AWG,supports transmission speeds of 10G, 28G, 56G, 112G, 128G and 224G can be applied in high-speed copper cable assemblies’(e.g.QSFP224 800G & QSFP-DD 1.6T) transmission requirements of 200 Gb/s, 400 Gb/s, 800 Gb/s, and 1.6 Tb/s; can downward compatible with QSFP112/QSFP56/QSFP28

1.6T LONGSPEED^TM Ethernet High-speed Interconnect Series Internal & External Solutions:

• The newly launched Zhaolong OSFP-XD (112G*16 Lane) product solution adopts Zhaolong self-developed LONGSPEED^TM Twin-Ax HSC 40-series high-speed bare copper wire with excellent performance; the product complies with the OSFP-XD MSA standard and IEEE 802.3ck specification, and supports the aggregate bandwidth transmission rate of up to 1.6Tb/s. The product also provides copper cable solutions such as DAC/ACC. Copper solutions such as DAC/ACC.

• The newly-launched OSFP1600 (224G*8 Lane) DAC/ACC cable assembly product simultaneously support 8 lanes at 224G per lane with a total bandwidth transfer rate of 1.6Tb/s (224G PAM4 x 8 Channels); supports 25AWG - 32AWG wire gauge.
  

• PCIe5.0 DA-CEM products support X16 configurations with data rates up to 32GT/s to meet PCIe 5.0 requirements; backward compatible with PCIe 4.0 applications and compliant with the standard PCIe® interface specification; widely used in data centers, servers, high performance computing (HPC), GPU-to-motherboard interconnect, board-to-motherboard interconnect, and other applications.

The cable has excellent performance in tensile stress and flexural resistance (tensile resistance 50kg, flexural resistance 20kg). The assemblies’ connectors meet the IP67 protection level. And it is suitable for use in -40~85℃ and high vibration environments.

Special Cable Assemblies for Machine Vision - Optical Products:

• USB3.2 AOC series which is compatible with both USB3.2 and USB2.0. And highly-flexible Zhaolong USB3.2 AOC products can meet the requirements of 20million cycles drag chain test.

• HDMI AOC series which is compatible with HDMI1.4. And this series supports HDCP2.2, etc.

• The LC optical fiber series. Using OM3 multi-mode optical fiber, Zhaolong’s LC optical fiber & fiber optic patch cordscan reach more than 10Gb/s transmission rate and 300 meters for long-distance data transmission. And the highly-flexible Zhaolong LC optical fiber & fiber optic patch cords can meet the requirements of 5 million drag chain test.

• MPO optical fiber series. The sub-unit of Zhaolong MPO optical fibers can support up to 24 cores and the transmission rate can reach more than 10Gb/s.

• QSFP AOC series. Zhaolong QSFP AOC products support 70m-100m transmission distance.
