"30, Forge Ahead" , Zhaolong Interconnect Successfully Held 2024 Management Work Conference to Celebrate Its 30-years-old Anniversary!

As the famous Chinese poet Du Fu wrote in the poem <The Little Solstice>, Heaven’s times and man’s affairs hurry us along on winter solstice yang appears and spring returns. On January 22, Zhaolong Interconnect successfully held its 2024 Management Work Conference with the theme of "30, Forge Ahead".  From its establishment in 1993 to 2023, under the background of lack of capital, technology and talent, with the spirit of hard work and the courage to go ahead, with entrepreneurship and innovation, Zhaolong has gone through an extraordinary 30 years of development.  It has gone through from setbacks, from learning, from confidence, from keeping pace with the times and following the trend.  Now, with vigour and faith, the 30-years-old Zhaolong has become a leader in the data cable industry.

The conference first commended four "outstanding teams", forty-nine "outstanding employees", thirteen "Best Rookie" and "Sales Elite" in 2023. The 98 winners are excellent examples for all departments, and their hard work has been recognized and rewarded by the company.

Afterwards, the six representatives of the award-winners spoke on the stage in turn. They shared their work experience, looked forward to a bright future, and swore their determination to struggle, which encouraged all the staff.

Then, Tony Yao, deputy general manager of Zhaolong, made a company development report. He said that the past 30 years have been the thirty years of struggle. Grasping the pulse of the times and taking the trend in the past three decades, Zhaolong has developed into an industry leader with innovation, responsibility and achievements. In the past 2023, under the background of the complex and severe situation at home and abroad, Zhaolong still had a commendable development. Looking to the future, with the advent of the era of artificial intelligence, the industry will present an unbelievable rapid development, in 2024, based on customer demand, globalization, technology, investment and digital development, Zhaolong Interconnect will continue to embrace digitalization, promote innovation of organization and process, build perfect training system, adjust the team, devote every effort to meet the challenge.

Finally, the company's chairman Yao Jinlong made an important speech. He briefly reviewed the development achievements of the company in the past 30 years, summed up the valuable experience of practical work and entrepreneurship, and strengthened our confidence of courageous development. He made a clear judgment on the current trend of international relations and the domestic economic situation, and analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by the company. He pointed out that the development of digitalization and artificial intelligence has brought new opportunities, which cannot be separated from the support of data transmission and connection technology, which will provide huge space for the development of the company. He put forward the company's business goals and work measures in 2024, and called on all employees to stand at a new starting point of 30, confidently forge ahead on the road of building a world-advanced enterprise!
